Read this once. Digital products are delivered immediately on payment, so refunds are not automatic.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Email info@zn1world.org from the same email you used at checkout, include your payment session ID (in your receipt), and a short note. We respond within 3 business days.
Because the ebook and bonus prompt are delivered as files you download to your device the moment payment clears, we treat each request individually. Genuine issues (wrong product, technical fault, duplicate charge) get refunded in full. We do not refund “buyer's remorse” or post-consumption regret on completed digital downloads.
If you have a problem, please email us first — we want to resolve it directly. Chargebacks initiated without contact result in our records being shared with Ziina and the card network, which can affect your ability to purchase from CBUAE-licensed merchants.
