This document describes what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can do about it. We try to keep this short.
What we collect.
- Email address and first name when you take the quiz or pay.
- Quiz answers used to generate your roadmap.
- Wallet address when you pay in crypto or earn token rewards.
- Conversation history with the AI coach for memory across sessions.
- Streak and progress data you submit voluntarily.
- IP address and basic browser metadata for security and fraud prevention.
What we do with it.
- Deliver the product: process payment and provide access to downloads.
- Improve content: aggregated, anonymised usage data informs future updates.
- Communicate: important account notices and refund processing.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. The third parties we use to operate the service are listed below.

- Ziina for payment processing.
- Neon for the database.
- Cloudflare for hosting and DNS.
- Railway for backend infrastructure.
Your rights.
You can email privacy@zn1world.org at any time to:
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your data and your account.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent for non essential processing.
We respond within 30 days. EU/UK GDPR rights are honored regardless of where the request originates.
Cookies.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (auth, cart, session). We do not use advertising cookies. We may add a privacy preserving analytics provider in the future. Any change will be flagged.
